Our Self Pay Program is something that we at ServiceMaster of Arapahoe/Douglas Counties created for those who endured a Fire/Water loss and wanted to/or needed to avoid placing a claim. Within the structure of this program we are able to reduce the out of pocket expenses for you the customer. Due to less administrative work on our end and a direct relationship with the customer we are able to cut costs from 15% to 30%. Although you will see substantial savings, the service you deserve will not be affected. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service. 

1) Free Estimates

     We will provide a free estimate to you which will give you the correct information as to

 weather a claim is necessary or not

2) Payment Options 

    We will allow up to 3 months to pay for the work preformed by our staff at your home

or office.

3) Reduced Cost

    When working on a Self Pay water/fire disaster we are able to reduce our cost, which we can

then pass on to you.
